I never could figure out why Richard P. Coppula did not bring charges against Beverly Rusk or Ed Rusk for the lies they told their neighbors and the Police Officers when the neighbors called the police at my request.

Those lies proved perjury and they obstructed Justice.  Here was the response I was given, when I complained about the lies.

After seeing Richard was in trouble with the law himself below because of his ethics, it was obvious why he let the Rusk get away with outright lies to the Police Officers.

I sat in on Richard Copula's Sentencing hearing and after he was given 3 years in jail I about jumped for joy right in the courtroom.
