Evidence of four Corrupt Attorneys

Two attorneys that helped an Over Protective Mother use the courts to manipulate her daughter's life with no legal authority whatsoever were both disbarred and sentenced to three years in jail.

The fact that Beverly Rusk was without legal authority is because Cheryl was 27 years old in May of 1983, when Beverly Rusk used Frank Fuhr to write her a letter.  Beverly Rusk would have needed "Protective Custody" to do what she did.  Richard Coppula told me shortly before he was sentenced to 3 years in jail that it was it was "all amongst friends."

On July 30, 1990 Beverly Rusk told Judge Lee a story about her daughter being sick and then Judge Lee asked Beverly if she had "Protective Custody?"  When Beverly stated "No" I was granted the subpoena that I had requested and you can see that for yourself on the entry for July 30, 1990 at:

All the legal mumbo jumbo at the courthouse that I have dealt with boils down to the fact the two unethical attorneys, Peter Ishibashi and Frank Fuhr should have never done anything at all for Beverly Rusk without Beverly having "Protective Custody."

It isn't so much what Frank Fuhr did years ago, it was when he refused to help me after he helped a very prejudicial woman abuse the process twice with the letter he wrote.

My last contact with Cheryl was almost a year before her breakdown.   Cheryl even testified to what what happened in court.  A "Report of Proceedings" was used to show what Cheryl did after her breakdown.  There are plenty more facts that would prove that Cheryl needed to be protected from her own mother more than anybody.  More at:
